Within the framework of the interest that the National University of Science and Technology provides for its valued students, the College of Engineering Library at the university organised a trip to the green mountain for Fikr-Students, the cultural group incorporated with the college library, on Wednesday, April 30, 2025.
The group visited most of the historical landmarks and learned about them closely. They also observed agricultural practices, terraced farms in the mountains, and historic houses, enhancing their knowledge of the Sultanate of Oman’s history, geography, and tourism. This trip was followed by a special visit to Souq Nizwa, where students learned about Omani architecture and traditional defensive structures.
