The department of Professional Development and Humanities translates National Universities’ Goal of developing strive to bring in real-life learning with globally relevant and updated courses to prepare you for Life-long Learning. The department offers courses in

  • Employability Skills development: to help you plan your career transitions
  • Entrepreneurship Skills Development: that prepares you with basic knowledge of starting your own business through some practical hands-on example.
  • Digital Innovation & Entrepreneurship: Focuses on Digital start-ups and management
  • Organizational Behaviour: Understanding how Organizations works
  • Management Business and Concepts: Basics of Business Management
  • Financial Management for Decision Makers: This course provides you an understanding of Financial Management in business such as accounting, taxations and VAT etc
  • Oman History & Islamic Culture: We understand that it is vital to know the roots and the culture of this great country without which knowledge and its application are meaningless. It is important that whatever we do safeguards our culture. This rich course discusses the rich history of Oman, the Islamic culture, heritage and traditions.
