The Qomra Photography Club held an engaging Photo Editing workshop on Oct 3, 2022, led by the talented Maather Al-Ghatrifi. The workshop is designed to provide students with comprehensive training in editing photos, focusing on the best practices and techniques to bring out the full potential of their captured images.
Throughout the workshop, Maather Al-Ghatrifi introduced participants to various photo editing software and tools commonly used in the industry. They were guided through hands-on exercises and demonstrations, allowing them to practice and refine their editing skills.
The workshop covered various topics, including colour correction, exposure adjustments, composition enhancements, retouching, and creative effects. Participants learned how to manipulate multiple elements of an image to create a desired mood, emphasize focal points, and bring out the intended story or message.
