The Tahsin Graduate Upskill Program 2025, held from February 9th to 19th, 2025, successfully provided students with essential skills and industry insights through expert-led sessions.
The program commenced with an inaugural ceremony on February 9th. Eng. Riyadh Ashoor, Operations Manager at Ibn Firnas Drone Centre Company, participated as the Chief Guest and delivered an inspiring speech on innovation and adaptability in the job market. His words of encouragement, facilitated through the Industry and Community Engagement (ICE) committee, motivated students to embrace continuous learning.
On February 10th, our esteemed alumna, Ms. Buthaina Al Aisari, delivered a talk titled “Navigating Career Challenges with Emotional Intelligence: Building Resilience, Adaptability, and Growth in the Workplace,” where she shared her experiences and practical strategies to help students overcome workplace challenges with emotional intelligence. Her insights deeply resonated with attendees, equipping them with essential skills for career growth. The participation of external ICE members and alumni added significant value to the program, reinforcing its goal of preparing students for the professional world. The sessions were well-received, leaving a lasting impact on students by inspiring them to strive for excellence.
