College of Engineering Students, Fatma Al Maashari and Arwa Al Mujaini secured first place in IOT Master Mind competitions among the 10 participating teams from different institutions in Oman. The competition covered topics in Smart home devices and technologies, industry 4.0, IoT security and privacy, best practice, and IoT trends.

Also, Arman AL Shizwai and Muadh Al Rashdi, students from the College of Engineering secured second place in the Math Mind quiz competitions among the 14 participating institutions in Oman. Math mind completion covered topics in Bask Math, Pure Math, Basic Probability and Statistics, Calculus, and Math for Computing.

Both events where organized by the University of Technology and Applied Sciences, Al Musannah.
