Water and Wastewater treatment technologies, mainly ultrasonic, advanced oxidation and microwave pretreatment technologies
Microbial degradation of wastewater and sludge containing toxic constituents in aerobic and anaerobic environments.
Removal of Heavy metals and persistent organic pollutants by Rheological investigations on sludge and wastewater
Microbial Fuel and microbial desalination cells, Bio electrochemical technologies for wastewater treatment and related applications.
Corrosion inhibition by microorganisms
