The QA directorate is continuously working toward maintaining the QA management system. We believe that all sectors in the university should be well established to perform their roles and responsibilities. The QA works with these sectors to ensure structured and systematic services provided to end users. We do achieve this by using the ADRI model analysis to help find better and potential areas for improvement.
