The Oman Pharmaceutical Conference 2019was organized by the College of Pharmacy, National University of Science and Technologyon 3rd and 4thDecember, 2019 at the college campus, Muscat with the theme “Empowering Pharmacists in Healthcare and Medication Safety”.

Ahmed Khamis Al Ghadani, a level 4 Mechatronics Engineering student of Department of Mechanical & Industrial Engineering, College of Engineering, National University of Science and Technology received the research best research Paper Award at the 4th Middle East College Student Conference 2019 held on 10th December 2019.

On Monday, the 16th Sep 2019, College of Pharmacy, one of the constituent colleges under the newly formed National University (NU), welcomed the freshers of the pharmacy program for the academic year 2019-2020,

Prof Simon Jones, Vice-Chancellor of the NU and Dr Salim Al Araimi, Deputy Vice-Chancellor & Provost of NU and Chairman of the Oman University Sports Committee, crowned the Sultan Qaboos University team as a World Marathon Champion on Friday, 20th Sep 2019
