Abstract submission

Submission Deadline: 20th Oct 2025, 23:59 (Gulf Standard Time)

General guidelines:

  • Language: All abstracts must be in English.
  • Eligibility: Work must relate to HPE. Clinical research, when submitted, must demonstrate clear educational implications.
  • Originality: Abstracts must report completed work or substantive interim findings. Proposals are ineligible.
  • Relevance: Submissions should address local /global HPE challenges and innovations.
  • Authorship: Maximum 6 authors allowed per abstract. The designated presenting author must register for the conference and attend in-person.
  • Affiliation: Only 1 primary affiliation per author is allowed.
  • AI Use: Declare any use of generative AI tools at the end of abstract and ensure human oversight. AI cannot be listed as an author.
  • Conflict of Interest: Declare any conflicts at the end of abstract.
  • Submission Limit: Presenting author will be eligible to present maximum 2 accepted items (2 Oral presentations or 1 Oral+1 Poster presentation).

  • Confirmation of the submission of your submission will be sent to the emails of all authors listed in the submission.
  • Information on submission outcome will be sent to submitting the author’s email by 28 September 2025.

Abstract Structure:

(b) Phase of Education Undergraduate, Postgraduate, CPD, Others
(c) Title Max 16 words; concise and topic-specific; no abbreviations.
(d) Authors Full name, institutional affiliation and email are mandatory.
(e) Context Problem statement, educational gap, and/or relevance of the work to HPE.
(f) Methods Study design, population, interventions, and analytical approach.
(g) Results Completed or interim findings in text format are mandatory.
(h) Discussion & Conclusion Interpretation of findings and implications of the work for HPE practice/research. Briefly state any major limitations.
