On Sunday, 11th May 2025, students at the university participated in a unique and uplifting wellness workshop titled “Tea Session with Ms. Noof”, held in collaboration with Café Trees. The session, led by the student counselor Ms. Noof, offered a refreshing change of environment, aiming to boost self-confidence and emotional well-being ahead of the final exams. The café setting was intentionally chosen to create a relaxed and open atmosphere, encouraging students to speak freely in a public space, helping them break down social barriers and build confidence in expressing themselves.
This open exchange event allowed participants to view their personal struggles from different perspectives and explore potential solutions together. Many expressed gratitude for the opportunity, noting how the session helped shift their mindset and improve their mood during a critical academic period. The event proved to be a meaningful and timely initiative in supporting student mental health and fostering a sense of community.
