The 4th Annual NU Research Day, held at the NU headquarters, is a key initiative aimed at strengthening the university’s research and scholarly endeavors. This event provides an important platform for fostering collaboration between academia and industry, promoting innovation across various sectors.
The inaugural session was attended by H.E. Dr. Abdullah Bin Ali Al Amri, Chairman of the Environment Authority of the Sultanate of Oman, and Dr. Ali Saud Al Bimani, Vice Chancellor of NU. Researchers from the School of Foundation Studies (SoFS) actively participated alongside colleagues from other campuses, showcasing their research excellence. Notably, Dr. Sara Mohammadi and Ms. Sharmaine Jasawala from SoFS were awarded the top prize in the research competition, underscoring the school’s significant contribution to NU’s research community.
