On the 26th of January 2023, a workshop for SoFS Department was held at the Crowne Plaza IHG Hotel, Muscat Oman. The workshop started from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The academic, admin, technical as well as support staff attended the mentioned event. Ms. Sura Al Muscati facilitated the workshop which is titled “Strengthening your Communication Skills”. In her presentation, she discussed different communication styles such as passive, aggressive, passive-aggressive, and assertive. Moreover, she mentioned that learning how to communicate effectively can build a good workplace relationship, and can improve productivity as well.
