The Directorate of Quality Assurance & Enhancement (DQAE) conducted a workshop on the 8th of December 2022. It was conducted by Mr. Ali Salim Al Balushi, Senior Manager, QAE; the awareness session was held in the Assembly Hall from 1:00 to 2:30 p.m.
The main objectives of the workshop included the following: the importance of the QAE policy; the development and review process of any policy, procedure, and guidelines; the responsibilities of the owners of such policies, procedures, and guidelines; colleges supplemental policies, procedures, and guidelines; and maintenance and review of policies, procedures, and guidelines.
The presenter, Mr. Ali Balushi emphasized the objectives clearly, and the participants joined him with enthusiasm. There was a QA segment as well as some interesting information from Dr. Sleem, the SoFS Director.
