On Monday, 26th May 2025, the School of Foundation Studies (SoFS) conducted its Operational Plan Workshop from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM. Scheduled in the morning, the session brought together faculty and staff for a productive round of brainstorming and planning for the upcoming academic year. The workshop began with an overview of the SoFS Operational Plan and its historical context, presented by Dr. Sleem. This was followed by an update on the previous year’s projects and the operational plan workshop. Participants engaged in collaborative discussions, aligning their ideas with the institution’s strategic goals.
Team leaders later presented their proposed projects and activities for the year ahead, drawing from the shared Strategic Goals and Focus Groups Table, which had been circulated in advance to support preparation. The workshop concluded with a shared sense of direction and commitment, reinforcing SoFS’s mission to deliver impactful initiatives across its core area
