CoMHS Students Lead Mental Health Awareness Campaign at Sohar Port & Freezone

On 2nd September 2025, CoMHS students organized a Mental Health Awareness Campaign for the staff of Sohar Port and Freezone, addressing often-overlooked mental health challenges such as masked anxiety, atypical depression, social media comparison effects, and the job identity trap. Through interactive discussions and awareness activities, participants gained practical insights and strategies to enhance their well-being and work–life balance. The campaign fostered open dialogue on mental health, highlighted the importance of community-driven initiatives, and showcased the College’s active role in promoting public health and mental health advocacy.
