Health Safety & Environment

At the College of Medicine and Health Sciences, we understand the importance of health, safety, and environment & we are committed to promoting and implementing a safe environment for all staff and students. The Health, Safety, and Environment Department is responsible for implementing HSE policy through multiple measures such as regular inspection of the fire protection system, continuous training staff and faculty, waste management (Waste disposal), and emergency response. Moreover, the HSE department plays an important role in educating the community members about health and environmental issues through outreach activities.

The HSE department has qualified staff from different areas of HSE such as first aid and fire warden. These staffs are actively involved in training staff and students. They are fully ready for any emergency as well.

Health

HSE Committee:

HSE Health Safety & Environment Department is an important means of improving working conditions and  for solving problems related to safety. It can help to prevent injury and illness on the job; increase awareness of health and safety issues among staff and students and to make the work environment safe and healthy.

HSE activities:

HSE Health Safety & Environment Department conducts many activities and programs that include mock Drill program, defensive driving, training on fire extinguishers, etc.
