Mr. Ibrahim Issa Al Balushi, Senior Lecturer at the College of Engineering, graduated from the National Leadership Program organized by the Royal Academy of Management. It was a ten-month program covering areas of leadership, managing change, innovation, and digital transformation. The program followed various learning styles, including workshops, group discussions, business simulations, reflection, case studies, practical activities, one-on-one coaching, and online tasks.
