Together for a life free from psychoactive substances Exhibition

Pharmacy students participated in the “Together for a Life Free of Psychoactive Substances” exhibition held at the National University – SOFS on 17/11/2025. The event aimed to raise awareness about the risks of psychoactive substances and promote a healthy lifestyle. It featured multiple booths on various topics.

One of the highlights of the event was the active participation of students representing different colleges, which added diversity and energy to the exhibition. Attendees provided positive feedback regarding the educational content and the interactive format, noting that the event was both informative and engaging.

Our booth offered a variety of engaging activities, including:

·        Educational Poster: “Caffeine vs. Nicotine: Effects on the Brain”

·        Myth vs. Fact Table Activity: A stack of statements for visitors to guess whether they are myths or facts about psychoactive substance use.

·        Guess the Class Poster: A large board with drug classes (stimulants, depressants, hallucinogens, etc.); participants pinned the “pill” card with the drug name to the correct class.

·        Educational Poster: Pharmacist’s Role in Counselling about Psychoactive Drugs

·        Interactive Poster: Pin the Healthy Alternatives

In conclusion, the exhibition successfully achieved its objectives by fostering awareness and promoting engagement. The involvement of multiple colleges made the event vibrant and impactful.
