The Psychology of Youth Forum and Exhibition was successfully held on 1 October 2025 at the Arab Open University, in conjunction with World Mental Health Day. The event was inaugurated by H.H. Sayyida Hujija Al Said and brought together 30 specialists in the field of mental health. It featured 24 workshops and the participation of over 24 institutions in the accompanying exhibition.
The College of Pharmacy was represented at the exhibition by the Student Counselor and two B.Pharm students, along with the Student Counselor and two students from the School of Foundation Studies.
The booth offered a variety of engaging activities, including:
• Wheel of Emotions
• Languages of Expression
• Art Therapy
• Design Your Own Cup
• Concentration Games
The activities drew strong interest from visitors and highlighted the National University’s commitment to well-being. The event also showcased collaboration between institutions and promoted mental health awareness among youth and the community.
