Lecture on Aligning Health Research Priorities with Oman Vision 2040 at the College of Pharmacy

On February 18, 2026, Dr. Mohammed Al Ghafri, Director of the Oman Vision 2040 Implementation Follow-up Office at the Ministry of Health, Oman, delivered a presentation titled “Strategic alignment of health research priorities with the of Oman Vision 2040 goal” at the College of Pharmacy. The speaker highlighted the key pillars of Vision 2040 and its goals. He also discussed NU vision and core research groups alignment with these national priorities. The lecture was interactive, with active discussion followed by questions and answers. Close to 100 participants including students and faculty members benefited from his presentation which was organized by College Graduate studies Research and Innovation committee.
