How to Manage Exams Stress

 

 

The Student Counseling Office organized a session entitled “How to Manage Exams Stress”, on Wednesday, October 18, 2023, presented by Ms. Elham Al-Riyami, Student Counselor at the College of Pharmacy.

During the session, the focus was on two main parts.:

·       The first part focused on different study techniques such as the Pomodoro technique, the spaced repetition technique, and others.

·       The second part of the session focused on deep breathing techniques, especially the Box Breathing Technique.

The session included a practical application of the Box Breathing Technique that help to relax, especially with the synchronization of the midterm exam period is in the coming period.
