College of Pharmacy, NU students attended SIPHA Conference 2025 held in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

The SIPHA Conference, held in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, from 3rd to 6th February 2025, was a significant event for Pharmacy professionals and students worldwide. The College of Pharmacy, NU proudly participated in this prestigious conference, showcasing the skills and expertise of their students in both debate and clinical skills competitions.

One of the highlights of the conference was the debate competition, where CoP, NU team competed against teams from various countries. Representing the College of Pharmacy, Mustafa Alaa Yousif, Hamza Basil, Redha Ismaeel, and Hossam Saif demonstrated exceptional knowledge and critical thinking. Their outstanding performance earned them first place. This achievement underscores our commitment to fostering intellectual growth and engagement in critical pharmaceutical discussions.

In addition to the debate competition, our students also took part in the 7th Clinical Skills Competition for Pharmacy Students, a prestigious challenge that evaluates practical pharmaceutical skills and clinical decision-making. College of Pharmacy students Amani Al-Shibli, Aseel Al-Mandhari, and Rawan Al-Maqbali represented the institution with commendable efforts in this competition.

The students were accompanied by Ms. Maitha Al-Jabri, a faculty member at the College of Pharmacy, who provided guidance and support throughout the event.
