Under the patronage of Dr. Ali Al-Bimani, Graduate Studies, Research, and Innovation Committee at College of Pharmacy organized a Professional Development Training in research titled “Patents Essentials: Innovate, Protect, and prosper”.

The session was conducted by Ms. Shiekha Al-Akhzami, CEO of W&A Consultancy which covered a comprehensive exploration of essential patent concepts, the basics of patent protection for inventions, the types of subject eligible for patents, and what falls outside patent protection.
