Responsibilities

Approving and following up on the completion and implementation of annual plans for the organizational divisions. Supervising the management of the college’s administrative and financial affairs, and issuing the necessary instructions to develop the efficiency of employee performance. Follow up on the implementation of the applicable administrative and financial regulations and the instructions issued in their regard. Participate in teaching courses in the field of specialization and carrying out activities related to them. Implementing the decisions of the Academic Council and the College Council related to the scope of its responsibilities and its affiliated departments. Proposing the establishment, merging, or abolition of administrative and financial departments and departments in order to achieve the college’s objectives. Preparing appointment, promotion, assignment, and transfer decisions and submitting them to the dean. Take the necessary measures to provide administrative and academic cadres for the college. Participate in preparing the college’s strategic plan. Participate in preparing the college’s annual budget project. Commitment to implementing the college’s quality assurance policies and standards. Supervising the coordination of draft budgets submitted by the college’s organizational divisions and submitting them to the dean. Supervising the projection of the approved budget and annual expected revenues to the college’s organizational divisions. Supervising the conduct of financial analysis of all expenses and revenues.
