    Description: University Grant Commission (UGC), India has funded Innovative Programme for new M.E courses Rs. 38.50 lakhs INR. Developed - M.E Disaster Management and Engineering in the year 2007. UGC-MRP funded 11.92 lakhs for developing new research area SIMCON strengthened RC beam under flexure. DST - FIST,Department of Civil and Structural Engineering Annamalai University - Tamilnadu - India funded 110 Lakhs for laboratory development and established test floor for earthquake lab with actuator.
    Outcome: Stated M.E Disaster Management and Engineering at Annamalai University, India. Developed Earthquake lab with actuator set up.

I have trained the following catalyst staff with respect to all background and basic concept of all 9 experiments and also prepared detailed PPT sent to them for further reference. Based on the feedback, I could understand that they are all satisfied in this training and lab experiments PPT.
