Ms Umaima Al Ajmi's Project titled Utilization of banana fiber(stem) for manufacturing carton papers was shortlisted among various other project proposals ( approx. 304.
    Outcome: She has been asked to pursue further on her project with the given framework of the competition to the next level of competition. She Not able to succeded but till she is in communcation with Oman industry and innovation centre for the same project topic.

    Description: Working as a department Time table coordinator since last 12 June 2017. Before that 01 year worked as department TT team member.
    Outcome: TT activities input preparation, sent the details to CTC after line manager approval, verification of TT versions received from the CTC, Communication of the TT changes requested by staff and students to the CTC, resolving the Timetable clash issues faced by students for a specific additional credit modules, Timetable schedule for resit support classes and SPT support classes with the help of CTC.

    Description: I am working as a central timetable coordinator since 1 August 2018. I learned the CELCAT software and now able to prepare the all college of engineering departments timetable including the school of foundation course.
    Outcome: Able to resolve the queries for the student registration. due to phasing out of programmes there is a need to offer extra credits to students and thus there is a need to change the student TT due to various reasons. This role helps the students to register for the required modules after preparing customised TT for the specific student.
