College of Pharmacy student Ms. Rahma Sulaiman Al Riyami participated in the Oman Innovation Festival which was conducted from 6th to 10th February 2024 in Muscat Innovation Park at SQU. She presented her project:” Control Pharmacy”. The project was an innovative idea focused on a revolutionary Pharmacy van equipped with drones, intended to serve remote areas and regions affected by challenging weather conditions, providing essential medication to those in need. This concept integrates advanced technology and satellite connectivity to ensure smooth operations and enhance access to a wide range of pharmaceutical products. The primary focus of this initiative is on optimizing healthcare delivery and overcoming the challenges associated with providing medical care in remote and weather-affected areas<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
