Throughout the competition, participants gain invaluable experience by working in small teams to tackle real-world healthcare challenges, culminating in the creation of a video that showcases their innovative solutions. The top teams then present their work in a live final round, where a panel of judges evaluates their performance, with a particular focus on interprofessional collaboration and creative problem-solving.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ms. Zainab expressed her deep satisfaction in being part of a diverse team, working alongside peers from various professional backgrounds and regions. She highlighted the value of this experience in shaping the skills and attitudes necessary for effective, patient-centered, collaborative practice.
