The 3rd NU Research Day for the year 2023 featured two-day events, scheduled on the 9th and 10th of October 2023 with the first day dedicated to scientific deliberations and an oral presentation contest for NU faculty and students. Eight SoFS faculty presented on various topics ranging from the use of ChatGPT in education, item analysis of final exam, student perceptions of computing ability, integrated assessment, self-directed learning and the use of virtual reality and augmented reality in classrooms. These presentations were hosted on the MS Teams Platform and links to the presentation were provided to all staff. Dr. Sara (Foundation Faculty) won first place in the Research Oral presentation from SoFS. The awards and certificates were presented to the faculty in a formal function on 10th October held at the Conference Hall in the university headquarters at Bowshar.
