The IMechE student chapter of the College of Engineering at the National University has organized the event “Honoring the Winners of Speak Out For Engineering” and a special lecture. IMechE student members attended this event. Mr. Abdullah Al Hinai, Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor, PDO, and NU student, presented the special lecture on “Self-motivation” by providing his experience in achieving success. He also elaborated on how it isn’t easy to achieve desired goals and how they can be achieved with consistent effort and resilience. Answering the members regarding placement in the top-rated companies that influence them never works, but exhibiting your skillset always fetches success.<\/p>\n
In continuation of the special lecture honouring the winners of the IMechE Speak Out For Engineering, which was organized by the IMechE student chapter on November 16, 2023, the winners of the competition were Mr Mohammed Al Brashdi, Mr Ahmed Al Sheibany, and Ms Hiba Al Aameri, who won the first, second, and third prizes, respectively, and were honoured by the college.
