About this program
BEng Chemical Engineering program is a four year degree program which is envisioned to impart knowledge in focused areas of chemical engineering in order for students to either pursue a career in industry or continue graduate studies.
The degree is awarded after the successful completion of 132 credit hours of undergraduate work including a compulsory industrial internship and Capstone project.
This program has one concentration - Petrochemical Engineering
Career Opportunities
The Chemical Engineering graduates have employment opportunities in a wide range of fields and occupations such as practicing engineers, entrepreneurs, teachers and researchers, to name a few. To be more precise, they find opportunities in the Chemical & Process industries relating to their specialization and employed as design engineers, process engineers, materials engineers, quality and maintenance engineers and environmental engineers etc.
